Wellness Retreats Every Week For Cheaper

A new class has been offered to students, faculty members and staff as part of a promotion to help encourage individuals to maintain wellness and health. Rather than providing a wellness retreat for individuals who can only afford to attend once a year, the Leadership and Wellness Committee is now providing classes for a low price.
It is called BodyFlow, and provides individuals with a large variety of activities to recover the body from the week of stress. The classes includes Tai Chi, yoga, and pilates. Currently the classes will be shown with a preview for individuals who are interested before the official launch begins. You can find out more about these classes and how to get involved here.
